have you tried to contact your local Health Dept? They usually have programs for low income parents that include a child seat that you can rent or "borrow" if you don't have the money to purchase one..hope this helps

I am a single mom of 2 wonderful children, a boy and a girl. My son is bipolar so I have my hands full with him most of the time. I have recently been took off of work due to medical probs and not sure when I shall be able to return. My utilities and rent are seriously behind and don't know how I am gonna catch then up. if anyone has any information or donations that I can apply for please let me know. I have applied for food stamps and thank you jesus I got approved but my money situation hasn't changed but I hope soon I can go back to work.
